Boot Camps!

Burn fat, build muscle and increase your self-confidence with this cardio-and-strength, circuit-style workout!

 

With short, intense-cardio intervals, full-body strength moves, and extra abdominal work, you will slim down your entire body and tighten your tummy.  Using body-weight activities, as well as kettle-bells, medicine balls, ropes and more, this  workout will elevate your heart rate, build strength and increase your cardiovascular endurance.


Our boot-camps run 60 minutes and include a 5-minute warm up and 10-minute cool down.
